Process

Prepare Sauce

1/4 Cup Chicken Stock

2/3 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 Tbsp Ginger

2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey*

[Because Honey is a High FODMAP food, consider using 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar.] *

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

2 Cloves Garlic, minced*

[Because Garlic is a High FODMAP food, consider using 2 Tbsp Garlic Oil.] *

Prepare Meat

Cut desired meat into cubes.

Place Meat in resealable bag or bowl.

Add

Prepared Sauce.

Prepare Vegetables

Water Chestnuts

Green Beans

Bok Choy, chopped

Green Bell Pepper, cut into sticks

Red Bell Pepper, cut into sticks

Orange / Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into sticks

Broccoli, stems removed (small florets)

Shredded Carrots

Bean Sprouts

Green Onions

Cook

Cook Meat and Sauce Mixture in wok until near done.
