Combine for Marinade
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
(3 Cloves Garlic, minced)*
[Because Garlic is a High FODMAP food, consider using 3 Tbsp Garlic Oil here.]*
3 Tbsp Garlic Oil*
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Back Pepper
Whisk in small saucepan. Bring to brief simmer to combine flavors. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
Marinade
1-1/2 Pounds Beef Sirloin Tip, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
8 Oz Cremini Mushrooms, cleaned and halved*
[Because Mushrooms are a High FODMAP food, consider using Eggplant here.]*
1 Eggplant, cut into 2-inch squares*
Prepared Marinade
Refrigerate for 1 to 5 hours.
Place on Skewers
Red and Green Bell Peppers, sliced into 1 1/2-inch cubes
